Do I need to have battery storage with solar panels?

You don’t need to have a battery for your solar PV panels to work. However, the battery energy storage allows you to use more of the energy you generate in your home rather than exporting it back to the grid, which could save you money.

Do you provide free estimates?

YES, we do. We offer advice, guidance and of course our quotations free of charge.

Do you charge a call out charge?

We have 3 simple levels to our call-out charge:

Priority – Engineer to be with you within 3 working days.

Same day call-out – Engineer to be with you that same working day if within our opening hours.

Out of hours call-out – Engineer to be with you out of working hours including weekends.

We charge a call-out fee to cover the first hour of labour for each of these options. All hours of work after this are charged at the standard rate.

Our call-out charges rise from priority up to out of hours call-out.
