Same day call-out – Engineer to be with you that same working day if within our opening hours.
Out of hours call-out – Engineer to be with you out of working hours including weekends.
We charge a call-out fee to cover the first hour of labour for each of these options. All hours of work after this are charged at the standard rate.
Our call-out charges rise from priority up to out of hours call-out.
