Energy Performance Certificates are required whenever a property is:
- Or Rented
An EPC will give a property an efficiency rating from A to G, A being the most efficient to G, the least efficient.
An Energy Performance Certificate contains:
- Information about a property’s energy use and typical energy costs
- Recommendations about how to reduce energy and save money.
An Energy Performance Certificate has to be completed for potential buyers and tenants prior to it being put on the market.
An Energy Performance Certificate must be carried out by and accredited assessor.
Here at NSN Electrical we can assess your property and produce your certificate.
On completion of your certificate, if your rating doesn’t meet the requirements of your property we can provide the upgrades that will bring your property up to the correct standard.
NSN Electrical are experienced in what is required to upgrade electrical installations, raising your rating as a result. We have years of experience working alongside EPC consultants to meet requirements and needs of the client.
Energy Performance Certificates are valid for 10 years.
